Four Lane Bridge Traffic

Independent directional traffic flow control
The Game affords directional traffic control according to one's culture... well, sorta... Some countries are right lane while other are left lane. This traffic flow suffices for the smaller optioned bridge, but it does not work for the larger bridge of 4 lanes. While it affords the cultural choice, it does not expand accordingly for the larger Bridge... What I mean is that while two lanes go one way and two lanes go the other way, there should be an option that affords the directional to have two lanes going one way on ONE SIDE and two lanes going the opposite on the OTHER SIDE.
Additionally, If i want 3 lanes one way and only one lane the opposite direction...

Is there a reason to have more lanes going the same way? 4-lanes are usually for vehicles and trains on the same bridge. There is no advantage of having more lines with the same direction.

An additional benefit would be support for oversized vehicles.
The 4-lane bridge already consists of two separate 2-lane road decks, but each deck is forced to be one lane in each direction. If lanes could be configured individually (similar to railway tracks), a road deck could become a 2-lane one-way road.
This would allow large dump trucks and excavators to occupy both lanes while crossing, just like they do on wide roads. Currently they cannot cross at all, despite there being enough physical width, because each deck is treated as a bidirectional road.
It would also eliminate the current Vehicle Depot workaround for moving large vehicles between islands.
