Support more characters for Billboard letters

Currently the billboard letters can only use numbers ,base latin characters and stuff like ?,!,.+-*/\|.... It would be great if ě,š,č,ř,ž,ý,á,í,é,ú,ů,ó,ć, (basicaly any letter with diacritics) would be added, and possibly extend it with other alphabets like cyrillic, katakana, hiragana, hebrew etc.
