Right now we need to disable extra data centers to avoid wasting power and maintenance, computing demand might fluctuate wildly due to many resons.

I don't understand the 'need to micromanage' data centers.
If you're so tight on power that you need to shut things off, you're doing power wrong.
I add capacity as I need it, then forget about it... there is way too much to do in game to micro manage how much TF is produced.
