Add bluprint toolbar

Add a toolbar option like the standard ones, but editable with our own custom folder structure and list of blueprints, similar to satisfactory.
Opening the blueprint window everytime feels cumbersome and this would make it feel a lot nicer, and quicker IMO.
Example:
Building train lines, I have two lanes of track prebuilt as corners, T intersections, straight track, stations etc. Opening up the blueprint window everytime i accidentally click off the straight track or when I need a corner does not feel smooth.
