From the attached images (link.png) you should be able to link a detpo to import from a vehicle depto.
Why? because (parts.png) it gets full of parts you can't recycle.
there is no output from the vehicle depo, and if you setup a normal depo that accetps vehicle parts, iron, etc, it will get filled from the rest of the factory materials, one wants to ONLY move the items from the vehicle depo back to the main depo parts to be used to make vehicle parts upgrades. But at this stage it is impossible to make it do it only this.
Add an output belt to the vehicle depo and make it allow link import route, that would fix it and allow one to make priority lines to consume first the scraped parts than use the new ones
