Difficulty level

Change difficulty on the current save your playing, but more options and improve difficulty screen, like more casual game play to help prevent stress of starting again when you can't recover, yes you can go back to a save but some people do like a nice casual play :) If in casual mode more more options to whilst playing like pause food temporary just to get back to normal or when vehicles are extremely busy, help notes to where bottle necks are
