Issue description
I noticed that when a edict is applied, such as Overloaded trucks, or anything that reduces available unity, there is an indicator in the upper left corner of the interface. it gives a x/y report. Select one item... lets say something to a level 3 that charges 3 points.. it will report 3/3. that all seems to work fine regardless of how many you continue to apply... No problem there.
What i noticed however, is that let us say that it is currently at 3/3 or 12/12... it doesn't matter... if i add at +1 edict, that three is not reduced to a 2 or the 12 to an 11...
The x/y report does not update. How can I know that the buff\de-buff is being applied as selected?
Also, if the only edict selected is a + item... no x/y report at all.
Bug or feature?
Reproduction steps
Watch the upper left corner of the interface. Before selection of any edict, there will be found a manning number and a power consumption number to the right of that. The unity influence indicator, the x/y, will be found to the right of the power display as soon as something (costs unity) is modified.
Select the captains office
Select a buff or de-buff
Watch the number increase as it costs unity. Notice that if a + is applied, it will not reduce what is already being charged in unity cost, and if there it ONLY a + applied, there will be no x\y report displayed at all regardless of the + being 1 or 12.
