Game goes hellwire when using VLC player

The issue is much bigger and it was cause by the VLC running in front (on the screen) which cause everything to go hellwire.

Trucks are not moving anymore and the game stop entire from working at all.

Repro steps:
Run COI
Run VLC on "always in front" and play something (DVD for example)
Watch the trucks not moving anymore / Buildings get bug out as well

My Advise... dont try to use the VLC player with COI...

This sounds like some system issue, do you run the game Full screen or windowed? What is your GPU and driver version?

I have tried this with VLC and border-less window mode and seed no issue.

Try to experiment with different options of COI rendering, and make sure you are running the latest VLC version and have the latest GPU drivers.

It run on fullscreen without boarders. My GPU is a 2070 RTX Super from Gigabyte with the newest Driver (need to look up the version later in a train at the moment)
