Game freezing

So can play map New Haven all day all good, but when I started a new map using You shall not pass it freezes I did manage to stop it by turning off auto save but it started up again just before researching heavy oil cracking.

I have started another game with new haven and turned auto save back on and no freeze

A freeze is the game just stopes everything still on screen but you cant klick on any think or scroll and I have to alt tap and end task one time I was deleting things and still had the tractor icon on my mouse but could not do any think with it
