Truck Got Stuck After Dumping

Describe the issue
The truck in question is assigned to a mining outpost nearby. It drove to the dumping area and after dumping, it was unable to move back to the excavator. This appears to be somehow related to the surrounding elevation. I removed all other +02 areas except the one this truck was currently in. Another truck came along and dumped its load in the same square which allowed stuck truck to move.

I attempted to scrap the truck, unassign the truck, etc. Nothing was able to move the truck until another one came and "fixed" the terrain.

Expected behavior
For trucks not to get stuck? For there to be some sort of manual override to move a truck?

Closing this one. I didn't understand the 'Recover' button and also when this happens now, I just wait for the surrounding area to get fixed by another truck or excavator.
