Ramp dialog box empty, can't remove

Describe the issue
When clicking on a ramp a dialog box appears but it is empty,

Expected behavior
expecting the option to remove/demolish the ramp.

To Reproduce

1. Build Ramp
2. click on ramp

im a dummy, need to use the bulldozer tool to remove things. you can close this as a Layer 8 problem.
