Bug-materials can't be loaded to docks

materials can't be loaded to docks
Expected behavior
Materials can be loaded to dock/ship 100%
To Reproduce
Ship needs fix and island facility needs fix. But materials can't be loaded into docks. The loading process stopped at nearly 95%. Then it stops loading and I can't cancel the process(for ship) or cancelling doesn't work(for delivering materials for remote island). I can't cancel the process of reparing, button works but it won't cancel. The process bar is moving back and forth.

So for the can't cancel repairing ship process part, I figured out why. I have the auto-repair option enabled when canceling the repair process, hence it will automatically start repairing again. After figuring this out, I tried to disable/enable auto-repair option, but the materials can't be loaded anyway. I have succeeded once, finished the process, but I just can't reproduce it.

After checking someone's post on reddit, I realized that I have all available resource depot designated( set a route to other depot), so the materials won't be delivered anywhere else. This should be a user error, sorry about that.
