"Missing Input" on Concrete Mixer although all inputs are satisfied

Describe the issue
A boosted Concrete Mixer using Crushed Slag calls for "Missing Input" although all input is satisfied.
Output belts are empty.

Expected behavior
The Concrete Mixer should mix concrete (lol)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load attached save
   concrete-mixer.save
2. Check for Concrete Mixers

• Game version: 0.4.3

Files not imported: concrete-mixer.save
