Oxygen furnace is complaining about missing input when inputs are full.

Expected behavior
Process molten iron and oxygen into molten steel

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load attached save save_22-06-12_23-50-10.save
2. Scroll to oxygen furnace.
3. View problem
