Ship isn't getting loaded / repairs and improvements happening very slowly

Describe the issue
I've set the priorities for the ship at 1, but it is very slow (sometimes hours of real time) to get loaded or to get the materials for repairs/improvements. The materials are available they just don't go to the dock.

Unfrotunately it's not. However we have fixed one issue where materials were not delivered so hopefully it fixed this one as well. Closing.
