Describe the issue
when I set the max. value on a storage (e.g. a 360-unit fluid tank for water), the min value disappears. I'd like to set both, so that depending on the amount stored the trucks either bring or remove water.
Use case: sometimes my refinery/desalination complex produces net water, sometimes it uses it up.
