Saving and exiting the game is unnecessarily tedious:
I would love to see this streamlined by making it easy to save to the same file you loaded from (maybe with a checkbox to allow overwriting saves?), and making it easier and less alarming to exit immediately after saving.
+1 It doesn't make sense for the game to say 'Unsaved changes will be lost' when I literally just saved.
I think for quit and exit to the main menu, the game could autosave automatically with some "quitting" suffix.
For me the first line above is Escape, Escape, Escape.
I find the confirmation dialog that my save was successful completely annoying and unnessesary. Just show me when an error happens please.
Please do Not exit the save dialog until I am done. (Unless there is an option for this.) Sometimes I want to click the edit in file explorer button after. (Also, I have a habit of saving the game twice when playing awhile. "Save Game 1, and Save Game 1 Backup1" for instance.) I don't trust autosaves.
Please do Not show the Autosave files when saving. This is fine when loading though. Clutters the view too much.
The last manually saved file should be saveable by pressing CTRL + S.
