Trucks getting stuck at fuel storage with small amounts of dirt in them, Status is "Dumping"

I created a dumping zone right beside the idle trucks and they immediately dumped and continued working:
Area on the right here is the accessible dumping zone with Vehicle Navigation Overlay on. Top left is the Mining Tower they are designated to.
