Deleted storage, trucks picked up product, no reachable place to deliver

Describe the issue
Deleted a corn storage, dozens of trucks all went to gather the corn but could not deliver it to the storage as it was not accessible, creating a massive pileup of stuck trucks.

Even building a storage right beside them with a priority 1 keep full, they still would not deliver.

A solution to this could be if a storage is marked to deconstruct and the product it holds can not be delivered to a location reachable, have the trucks bring it to the Dock.

If the Dock isn't reachable. don't allow the storage to be emptied and notify the player.

Also if a truck can't deliver its product to a certain location, have the queue system come back around every now and then and tell them to check for a new location to dump.

And the keep full/empty switch should be ignored in the Dock in this case. Even if the Red message in the Dock says it is too full.

Well, a similar issue is possible to achieve with the trading dock.

STR:
have plenty of free trucks
have to keep the empty option enabled in the trading dock
have some factory with storage of any size
just buy something you are constantly using in the factory
ants army spawns delivering by 2-10 items per trip
