Underground pipes can be deleted but not undone.

Issue
if you drag the delete tool across a completely submerged underground pipe, it will still delete it
you can pause the deconstruction, But there is no way to undo it without digging up the pipes.

Expected behavior

• hidden pipes not selected by delete tool
  OR
• Method to see underground/access underground deconstructions to undo.

To Reproduce

1. burry any pipe.
2. Drag delete tool over part of pipe.
