in top image i place a pipe and a belt
both on a terrain LVL +2
but there is a mining designation LVL +3 in belt area and +2 on pipe area
the mining designation wont let you see anything constructed below them...
but u can see them from side view if its close to the edge as seen in 3rd picture
this should not be the behavior of a mining designation above the ground lvl and should be transparent

its the blueprint issue... any blueprint wont be visible if edit mode is on
