Odd Truck Behavior

Fixed

Game version: 0.4.7a

Trucks assigned to assets not following instructions to use proper dump zones.

In the attached savegame file, the "City Garbage" loose storage is filled with waste. The loose storage is logistically connected to a mine control tower close to the dump. The mine control tower area includes a dump zone that allows waste.

Instead, trucks assigned to the City Garbage loose storage asset drive across the map to another dump zone (a long-term ramp project).

Video of behavior is here at this private link youtube video:

Please also note there is another truck permanently stuck on the map. The truck cannot be scrapped or recovered. It is stuck in a cannot reach destination error.

Finally, when selecting a vehicle, the new "assigned to" information does not use the custom name of the asset. It only uses the default name of the building, etc. For example, all the trucks assigned to the dump show assigned to "Loose Storage II" instead of the proper name "City Garbage" which is the custom name for the waste loose storage asset.

Savegame attached.

This was not an issue with the trucks.

This was an issue with the shoreline dumping project(s). The only other dumping projects on the map at the time.

For reference, you may want to look at the projects, because nothing hinted that trucks could not drop from the shoreline into the sea under those circumstances. To my knowledge the vehicle path overlay (in order to verify a valid dump area) does to account for this type of dumping activity.
