Wall segments not getting built.

Issue description

I was building some retaining walls and noticed that a few of them only got half-built.
Resources exist.
I have to use unity on them.

Expected behavior

I expect things that started to build to get finished.

Reproduction steps

Load save.
Observe nothing happening.

v0.4.9a

Thanks for you report. We fixed this issue in the latest experimental patch. Closing this issue as resolved as this bug has occurred only on experimental.
