Issue description
Trucks do not immediately follow excavator when adding a new digging location.
You have a mine control tower with X excavators and X trucks. When everything is done being dug out of the current location, all vehicles go back to the control tower. When a new location is added, the excavator will go to the new location, while the trucks sit at the control tower until the excavator makes a single dig.
Expected behavior
The excavator from the control tower is already moving to the new location, the trucks sit at the tower until it starts digging. So you have to wait the time after it starts to dig, for the trucks to follow. I would think that they already work in tandem, to an extent, and should all move at the same time.
