No lab available

Issue description

I have researched 'Research Lab III' before I've finished all the level II branches with an aim to enable Thermal Desalination and Glass making before finishing off the level II branches completely.
I am not making liquid nitrogen yet, and to my mind, I shouldn't need to in order to research level II branches.
The game doesn't allow me to research the lower level branches, as I now get the 'No lab available' alert.

Expected behavior

I expected to be able to continue to research level II branches in the tree using the level II lab and the level II materials.
I can produce screenshots if requested, but this is surely an error of logic.

Was there a level III reserach in the queue that was in front of the level II nodes? If not, we are not aware of this issue. Can you please supply a screenshot and save file?

Very odd. I loaded the save and it immediately started researching. I did notice your assemblers for Lab Equipment were not getting Eletronics due to a flipped storage:

After flipping it and running belts to both Labs everything seems to be working ok now:
