Issue description
While using the unity boost 'More Consumer Electronics' instead of consumer electronics being utilized for the increased consumption and unity bonus, Household Appliances are instead used and the bonus given is instead listed under the Appliances. With both the 'More Household Appliances' and 'More Consumer Electronics' bonus set to off, I have in one of my settlements Consumer Electronics Module(CEM) 9.9/60 and with a unity bonus of +2.22; in my Household Appliances Module(HAM) 24.7/60 with a unity bonus of +1.73. When the bonus "More Consumer Electronics 1' is set CEM stays at 9.9/60 but HAM changes to 30.9/60 and the unity bonus for Household appliances changes to +2.07. This increase usage and bonus unity increases in steps to the max with both 'More Consumer Electronics 3' and 'More Household Appliances 3' set CEM still says 9.9/60 with +2.22 unity bonus, and the HAM at 74.1/60 and unity bonus of +3.80. The Tool tip for ' More Consumer Electronics' Should also be corrected to read "Consumer electronics consumption increased by..."
Expected behavior
I expected consumption of Consumer Electronics to increase when i selected the 'More Consumer Electronics' bonus not Household Appliance use.
