Shift+Paste only copies item's configuration for first placement

Issue description

If you use the copy/cut tool and hold shift to place multiples of that item, only the first placement will have the original's properties, the remaining will not.

Expected behavior

For all pasted planned structures to have the same configurations as the original

Happens only for cut tool, copy tool works. For cut tool the fix will be fairly complicated ...
