RMB right after designating a mining/dumping area with LMB has a wrong origin

Expected behavior

Right mouse button designation origin to be where the cursor is

Reproduction steps

1. Select digging or dumping tool
2. Draw out square to dig/dump with LMB
3. As soon as you let go of LMB, click RMB
4. You'll see the starting point for the designation removal is way off from where the cursor is.

Game version

v0.4.10

Important note of this bug is that apparently requires highly sensitive mouse.

even without moving the mouse.
the highest chance is when the interval between LMB-up and RMB-down is between 200-250ms.
