Planning mode pause icon missing

The planning mode does not show the pause icon anymore since the installation of the last patch version 0.4.12c.

Before the recent patch the icon was visible.

I can confirm this problem. Yes, it's an annoying regression. And it's openly hostile to color blind people ( Please consider colorblind accesibility in the mineral overlay ).

However, I think this is a "feature" of new version:

• Building ghosts, construction cubes, and ports now have color based on construction state.

IMO this is a next example of overusing colors by game interface. After Mineral Map, that is useful only by toggling minerals on and off. And Cargo Depot placement, that not only uses colors, but also hatching in several directions for reason that can not be understood by normal people.

This was changed deliberately. We have introduced ghosts coloring so we can get rid off the pause icon as previously it was cluttering the view. We have tested and selected colors that should be distinguishable by color blind people. In the future we are also planning on providing an option to override these colors in settings.
