Issue description
If you, like me, decide to deconstruct your T1 labs to get some parts back since you won't be doing T2 for a while, you'll notice that you can no longer get to the research screen from the top. You can do so from an unconstructed lab, but I feel the research bit at the top should be permanent once you unlock it by building your first lab. This might be by design though, in which case you can just close this.
PS: it comes back if you queue up a research, even if you can't do it. And now it isn't disappearing, even though I canceled the research and removed the unbuilt labs. Looks like it goes away on load. Anyway, you guys can figure out what you want to do here depending on whether you think it's a bug or not.

Delete labs after having some, can no longer see research at top. May need to save+load game.
