The breakdown chance display is cut off for the irrigated farm

Issue description

See title and picture. Probably affects greenhouses too, might affect other buildings that have a scrollbar.

Expected behavior

To show the text completely.

Reproduction steps

Have irrigated farm, let maintenance degrade until breakdown chance appears.

Game version

0.4.12

BTW. "Number of workers" also lost its right side margin (comparing to other buildings).

This issue should be gone with the new UI. Thanks!
