Integrate Electricity statistics in Statistics window

Issue description

All the statstics are gathered in one window, but Electricity statistics.

When I was new to the game I wondered where electricity was ... until some day I clicked on the power at the top of the game.

Expected behavior

All stats should be in the stats window.

Game version

v0.4.12c

Reporting a bad UX due to an inconsistent UI (which is probably poor design and/or buggy/incomplete implementation of the design) and asking for a fix is not a "feature request". I think the UI design requirement or the implementation has a bug.

If I'm wrong, the developers should declare the implementation is according to the requirement and works as intended. Then the issue should be tagged "works as intended". Only then the issue could be understood as a change request (I'm not really asking for a new feature).

This issue should be gone with the new UI. Thanks!
