Since 0.4.12, sometimes when a building finishes building the construction blocks turn red as they sink back into the ground. I've only seen it happen twice, and it seems to be random so far. Both times it was a section of pipe however.

Building a pipe connecting two disconnected sections of pipe seems to do it. Also affects other transports.
