Power production Vs current production is wrong .

Expected behavior

the production of the current power is the output of all generators in this case the diesel generator

v0.4.12e

So internally the power generator produces only the power needed (consumes only the fuel needed for it) but in the UI it declares the maximal production capacity. Not sure if we might want to re-think what report here.
