The lights on the ship bridge III causes a weird visual effect on the water

Issue description

See title and pictures. Mostly the pictures.

Expected behavior

Not to light up the water behind it.

Reproduction steps

Have bridge 3, zoom in and move camera around. Might only happen near the shore?

The visual effect only seems to appear against the shoreline, this is the maximum out it can appear if you don't move the ship out.
