For some reason we obtain empty user directory which makes us store save files inside steamapps directory. It can lead to missing save files in the load menu even though they are on HDD just in different location.
This issues seems flaky and only happens to someone. We are collecting more data and trying to figure out how to fix this. If we don't find a fix we at least have to provide some way of notification and manual recovery that can be done by the player.
