Ultrawide Monitor issue Drag info Box up

Issue description

I have a wide screen monitor 2560x1080 and I notice that sometimes when I place a building down and then click on the building, I have to drag the info box up so that I can see it all. Issue has existed since 4.11 (at least as far back as I can remember playing and I've been playing for a while now.)

Expected behavior

Full window consistently available without dragging.

v0.4.13
