Issue description
Year 2, I'm migrating to a new village.
Availability of all services gets shown, not just researched ones.
Expected behavior
Services filtered according to research.
Reproduction steps
After load, the 1st click on a Housing will show the correct services overview.
Then click on a Housing in the other settlement. You'll see all services. On all housings of both settlements.
Bug has been around for at least some weeks (when I 1st saw it, but could not reproduce).
