The issue
A Blueprint can not be dragged and dropped to a folder that is outside the visible window:
When you have many blueprints it is not possible to drag one to a folder when this folder is not visible as the scrolling does not work
Alternatively cut & paste via keyboard (Ctrl-X/Ctrl-V) seems to not work either.
So to currently move a blueprint to a folder that is not visible can only be achieved by adding a temporary folder and move all blueprints there until the particular Folder comes into visible range.
I would call that a new level of tedious time waste ... ;-)
Expected behavior
Be able to scroll within the blueprints windows while dragging an item to a folder.
