Pathing bug: Haul truck ignores terrain and buildings

Issue description

I found a haul truck climbing a cliff and have the save attached where you can watch it happen. Location is up and right from the save location

Expected behavior

Reproduction steps

1. paused a game
2. placed a large blueprint on top of a haul truck
3. saved the game (i believe without un-pausing)
4. exited the game
5. restarted and loaded the attached save.
6. haul truck initially cant reach destination, then ignores everything while traveling in a straight line (in the wrong direction)
