No valid destination (Dumping Locations)

Issue description

Expanding the island, placing green squares where ever it allows me to dump rock, yet it will not. No warning.

Expected behavior

Expected it to do as commanded to place which ever yellow box as primary location for to dump.

Reproduction steps

If the game will not allow us to dump here, than why would you allow it to place the green dumping squares in a non valid area???
I have wasted 30 hours if not more on that save file.

If you so could make a patch to allow me to continue my project, that would be great

Its a WinRar file.
The ".zip" on the file, replace it with ".rar."
Github does not accept WinRar format...

This was discussed months ago in another Issue, but I can't find it. I believe this is by design and most likely won't be changed. I'll try to find the link of the other issue(s) and post it here.

Also, to help find the absolute limits, hover a farm over the ocean, and it should show you the edge highlighted in red.

I also just started a new game with the latest v0.5.x and will attempt to verify if this is still an issue.

I never seen it being discussed on steam but showed nothing on Github so I commented this awhile back but this info does help for future landscaping though. Thanks for replying Jamie.
