Game crash, shutdown pc and locks it

The issue
When playing COI I have randomly it crashing my pc hard. It shut down the pc and I cant turn it on. Its locked until I switched power off/on on my power supply.
It started around last week. Sometimes its when I switch between screens or just when playing.

I only have this with COI, no other game/program does this.

Temperature in pc are all good.

Some pc Specs:
CPU: Amd ryzen 9 5900x
GPU: Nvidia 2080
Ram: 32GB-3600
Hdd: samung 980 pro 1gb

I cant see anything in the event viewer of windows, only error: kernel-power (63) (I expect that cuz of the crash)

Expected behavior
No crashes ;)

meet same problem like you. when I playing the game, it randomly crashed my PC, caused PC to blackscreen and I have to restart the computer via the reset button on the case.
I‘ve played the game for 7 hours, it started at about 5 hours.

While this bug happen, no other programs are runing.

system temperature are normal.

crash happened many times, but not every time have system report. only 2 time in the event viewer of windows I found the dmp file , through the analyze it shows the moudle caused the crash is "win32kbase.sys"

game client don't have any crash report or log.(or I don't know where to find it)

GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3080Ti
RAM: 64GB-3600MHz DDR4
Game SSD: ZHITAI TiPlus7100 2TB

Unfortunately there isn't anything in the logs. Are you still experiencing crashes on the latest version?
