The issue
Extremely high GPU usage. It happens as soon as I launch the game and before I even load a level. GPU spikes to 100% usage. On game load, performance is terrible and around 5 fps.
5900X and 4080 RTX w/ 32gb system memory.

This started randomly on a game load. Was not an issue during my previous play times.
