Bad Performance on Geforce Now

Issue description

Testet COI on GF Now and after 2h in Game performance is bad (attachment 1), I play on GF Now Priority with a RTX 3060.
Graphic settings are fantastic and unlimited framerate.

Playing COI on my normal PC with old CPU I5 4690K and GTX 1060 6Gb works better than on GF Now (attachment 2)
and GPU is at 100% load, so RTX 3060 should work better.

Expected behavior

Better performance on RTX 3060 then GTX 1060

Loading my same Savegame via Steam on Desktop or GF Now

CoI and especially before Update 1, did not utilize beefy GPU well. The real bottleneck was often the CPU. I believe that with Update 1 and another upcoming performance update this will be getting better and better. Also another thing is, you play on GeForce now with the highest quality whilst on your local PC it seems from the screenshot that the quality is very low. That can also make a big difference. In the new version, we improved the configuration for quality and it should now be more useful.
