Issue description
As you can see in the image "Researched %" overlaps with the explanation of the research.
Expected behavior
I would expect the text to be above or below the description
Reproduction steps
Resolution: 3840 x 2160
UI Scaling: 160%
My save file:
ResearchBugReport.save
Partially research Crop Rotation or Fuel station (in my example).
Click on large expansion research like Synthetic Rubber.
Then click on a non-partially researched item like Groundwater pump,
Then click on a partially researched item like "Fuel station"
It was 100% reproducible.
