Issue description
Truck Business Icon does not seem to update or reflect actual truck usage. Even when I take all trucks out of the general pool, the meter still reads as Stable, even though things are going to hell in the Factory. Persistent over games and saves.
Expected behavior
Expect that as truck numbers decrease and jobs increase that the Business Icon would change from stable to busy to very busy to OMFG! This behavior doesn't happen anymore. Issue started with today's update I believe.
As an aside, I want to thank all the dev team for making and continuing to create this game. I love this game like nothing since my Tonka Trucks in my sandbox when I was a kid!
