No way to dump/get rid of Manufactured Sand

Issue description

There is no dumping allowance for Manufactured Sand in the Mining Tower dumping menu, nor in the Global dumpig menu.

Expected behavior

would expect an icon for it in both menu's, like other resources

Game version

v0.5.0A

We currently don't support dumping of manufactured sand as it requires extra terrain texture. I would recommend not creating more sand than is needed, you can for instance dump and store gravel easily.

Why does Manufactured Sand need an extra Terrain Texture. Just treat as sand and use the existing Sand Texture.
