Crash after less than 5 minutes

Issue description

I just got the game, but it keeps crashing after less than 5 minutes. I updated my drivers and the issue persists. For some reason it only saved the logs for 2 of the 3 crashes I have had.
Specs:
cpu- Ryzen 2700x @ 3.7 Ghz
gpu- Radeon 6800xt
ram- 32GB g.skill trident z @3200Mhz
os drive- 500GB samsung 970 evo
game drive- 2TB WD Black

Expected behavior

Idk why this is mandatory, I expected the game to run lol.

Is that not what I linked at the bottom? Because that's all I see in that location.

I can see the following issue in Unity logs: "d3d11: Recreating swapchain after changing fullscreen mode failed."

There are several troubleshooting guides online. Recommendations are, making sure integrated graphics card is disabled, that drivers are up to date. Will drop some links here:

I don't have an integrated graphics chip (see ryzen 2700x), and I've already updated my drivers.

Have you tried to set the TdrLevel value in registry as one of the posts suggested to see if that resolves it?

Frankly these solutions are too technical for me to comfortably carry out on my own. I don't even really know what I'm looking at. I won't return the game because I have faith that you will fix it in a future update, and I'll be keeping an eye on the devlogs for the fix.

If this crash happens again, could you please share zipped contents of this directory? C:/Users/baker/AppData/Local/Temp/Mafi Games/Captain of Industry/Crashes? It contains helpful crash dumps.

My apologies, I've been quite busy so I'm only just getting a chance to respond to this. I went to the location, and there are folders listed with dates and times of the crashes, but they are empty. No dump files or anything, just empty crash log folders. I have a feeling that's not normal.
