Cascading sand-slide on You Shall Not Pass when first dumping on the beach

Issue description

I went to flatten a bit of the beach where the oil deposit is, and had the trucks just dump the sand at level 01 along the shoreline. This caused sand above that level to slide down, and this propagated along the beach (in progress in the attached saved game). This is just a very unnatural-seeming thing to happen on a beach. Perhaps something about sand should be adjusted, or perhaps the terrain on this map should be adjusted (so the sand on the beach is less steep, I guess).

Note that this didn't happen when I dumped along the beach at a different spot (the end next to the dock), though I was dumping mostly dirt and rock, and at level 02 instead of 01.

Expected behavior

Sand that's been sitting on this beach forever shouldn't spontaneously slide down into the ocean just because I disturbed it in one place.

Reproduction steps

Dig up some sand. Dump it at level 01 on the far end of the beach.

Similar issue with rock faces. My impression was that, after Update 1, dumping loose material on solid rock shouldn't be dangerous. But here's a save where a stacker is about to dump some slag for the first time on a natural rock face, and it immediately causes the whole cliff to slide down, destroying the stacker.

Maybe this is intended? It doesn't seem realistic, but I'm no geologist. If it's intended, maybe the map description could be changed to warn about unstable cliffs edges or something.

We have fixed the beach so when starting fresh, its slope is reduced. Regarding the rock formation. That unfortunately works as intended. These cliffs are steeper than we normally allow (otherwise mining rock would be strange) and once the physics starts working on it (due to dumdping), it causes land slide. This is currently not really easily solvable.
