Issue description
In the attached save a pickup truck (i have named "Tom" after the fact so you can identify it) had been filled by the excavator. It seems mine trucks with mixed content dump them in a certain order, largest to smallest.
Tom, i can only assume, was filled with iron ore and two waste material types. i watched it leave the mine and go dump waste number 1. it then went to a smelter (next to the mine) to dump iron ore. it then went back to dump waste number 2 before going back to the mine.
What a waste of time and fuel.
Perhaps whatever they are carrying they should dump the primary product first and then waste second however many types there are.

Reproduction steps
Watch a mine truck when the primary product is the middle sized content.
